Terms of Hire
1. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, transport and insurance. Delivery and Collection can be arranged - see below for prices.
2. Please note that the hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to our equipment whilst it is in their care. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover any loss or damage.
3. Missing items not returned within 7 days of notification will be charged for.
3. The minimum hire charge is £20. Weekends are charged as 2 days.
4. The following discounts apply - 2 weeks = 10% 4 weeks = 20% 8 weeks = 30% 12 weeks = 40% 24 weeks = 50%
5. The hirer is responsible for checking the suitability of the equipment before hiring.
6. We accept payment by cheque. ID may be required for initial hires. Cheques should be made payable to "Radio Facilities"
7. Radio Facilities is a trading name of Radio Facilities Ltd. VAT Number 737 3667. Company number 04563957.
8. Delivery is charged at £20+VAT for smaller (single) items, or £30+VAT for larger (multiple items or over 10kg).
9. If you can find the same equipment for the samer period elsewhere cheaper, we'll beat the price.
