Where are you located?

We are a London voiceover studio, offering recordings and connections all over the world. The studio is in Hammersmith, West London. We are 1 minute from both tube stations which are served by 4 lines (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith and City and Circle Lines).

Is an engineer included?

Yes, an engineer is included, to make everything go smoothly and connect to stations on time

Will you arrange the radio stations for us?

We can connect you to stations, but we can’t create schedules or arrange interviews. However we work with companies who can do this, so please contact us for details

How many people can the booth take?

Our radio day studio is equipped with 2 microphones. This means it can take 2 people at a time.

How can I supervise the radio day?

We have a large client area with a sofa for 3 people. This means you can listen in to your interviews, and convey any additional messages to your spokesperson.

Do you charge for telephone and ISDN calls?

There is no charge for UK ISDN or phone calls. However we do make an additional charge fpr international calls. This is at BT rates.

Do you provide breakfast and lunch?

We provide tea, coffee and soft drinks. There are many food outlets nearby for buying snacks.

Can you record the interviews for us?

Yes, we record as standard and there is no additional charge. In fact we’ll send you a download link for your recordings straight after your session. This will allow you to download your interviews for your post-campaign analysis.

How do I pay for my booking?

We take payment by BACS or with a card online or over the phone. We accept all cards, except American Exress. However for certain customers, we offer 30 day payment terms (with a purchase order).

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes, for wheelchairs up to 69cm in width – the width of the building’s lift. We have ramps for the building’s front step and for wheelchair users to get into the voice booth.

Can you print documents for us?

For environmental reasons we prefer to display scripts and schedules on our studio’s ipads. However if you need us to print documents for your radio day, we can do this for £0.20+VAT/ page,
