"I've used Radio Facilities before and knew them to be very efficient, friendly and helpful. My hire of 4 headset mics for a show I was recording went very smoothly. I had some technical questions beforehand and Graham was able to give me the advice I needed to make everything run smoothly. At every stage of the hire Graham or a colleague would double check the details - including giving advice on dealing with the courier for equipment delivery and pick up. The equipment I hired worked exactly as I was told it would - it was set up and ready to go as soon as I plugged the receiver units in. There were clear instructions on how to use the mics and mic transmitters which meant I felt confident explaining how to use them to the singers in the show. Great customer service. A very positive experience at every stage. I would certainly recommend Radio Facilities."
