The systems are rechargable and take 9 hours to charge from empty.
How long do they last on a full charge?

Please don’t. Our receivers are suppled with specific headphone, and standard domestic ones will damage our equipment and your headphones.

That’s a tricky one. We have three options, and all are included in the price of the receiver. If you give us a call, we can chat through your requirements and advise on the best earpiece.
Are the units mono or stereo?
Our tour guide systems are all mono. If you are looking for a stereo system, you should probably consider using an in-ear monitoring system instead. You can see our range here.
Can I play music over the Tour Guide System?
Yes you can. If you need to do so, just ask us when bookng and we can supply a 3.5mm jack cable to connect your music source to our transmitter.
Are the systems suitable for people with hearing aids?
Yes they are. Although there isn’t a ‘T’ position, hearing aids work well with our walkman-style headphones, which simply fit over the ear and the hearing aid. You don’t need to alter the hearing aid settings.
Do I need a licence?
You won’t need a licence. Our tour guide systems operate on 863-865 MHz, which is licence-free in the Uk and Europe.
